JR COACH PROGRAM
Rinks & Links Jr. Coach Program
Our Jr. Coach Program is designed for motivated teens ages 13 to 15 who want to build real leadership skills while helping create an amazing summer experience for younger campers. It is a hands-on opportunity to develop responsibility, teamwork, and communication in a supportive, fun environment.
Who Can Join
The program is open to teens who:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Are dependable, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Want to develop leadership and coaching skills
- Are eager to support a team and create a positive camp experience
This program is not for teens who are looking for a purely recreational summer or who do not want to follow staff guidance and camp rules. Jr. Coaches must be willing to learn, take direction, and actively contribute to the camp environment.

Registration, Waivers, and Program Details
All Jr. Coaches register through our standard system and are required to complete liability waivers and acknowledge program expectations. This is an internship-style program, meaning it is non-paid, but participation is free for those selected to be part of the Jr. Coach Program. Orientation and guidance are provided to ensure safety and readiness for all activities.
Once Jr. Coaches finish their shift for the day, they are welcome to stay at camp and enjoy the activities, or arrive early before their shift to participate in camp activities as well. This allows them to fully experience camp while gaining valuable leadership and mentoring experience.
