Rinks & Links Refund Policy

Refunds or cancellations may be approved at the discretion of the Rinks & Links Director if the situation is deemed appropriate or justified.

Refunds will be issued in the case of player injury or illness. A doctor’s note is required for all medical related refund requests.

For all registrations, a payment processing fee of 3.40 percent of the total amount paid will be retained for all cancellations, regardless of reason.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no shows or for players who leave a camp or league early for any reason.

Dismissal from camp due to behavioral reasons will result in forfeiture of all fees paid to date.

Rinks & Links is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while attending camp or participating in programs.
